ALL my work represented here is ORIGINAL.I have been shooting the nude for some 25 years as well as making my living as a metal sculptor and creator of many site specific decorative arts (usable art).Driveway entrance gates,gazebos,fountains,furniture,forged flatwear,jewelry,candelabra,and many miscellaneous accesories are all part of my regular portfolio.I design EVERYTHING I make and never copy anything.Having said that,I DO love collaborations with other artisans ,designers,aarchitects and craftsman. Occassionally something is created which is greater than the sum of our collective parts,and I live for this magic.Speaking of magic.I am honored with many commissions of a spiritual nature,be it a funerary container for a deceased loved ones ashes,or a ritual bowl in bronze and stainless for a witches incantations...
I have three cd's completed of my trance ambient down tempo instrumental music to date,which is sold in the massage category of our local music store,LOL.
I paint and draw in watercolor and dry pastel,with an occasional oil painting thrown in.
I have written fiction and poetry and currently have a nice little 30 page monograph ready for publication,which is a Victorian tragedy about love and loss,grief ,redemption,and the bond of love that survives even death...It is illustrated like a graphic novel,with my photography and if I can ever make the time to find a publisher,it'll perhaps be sold,but like allot of my work,it is the creation that is my primary payback,any monetary gain is merely icing on the cake...
I am new to the digital realm,but fully embrace its artistic potentials.Currently I am working strictly in 2d photoshop, (I haven't even learned layering yet) ,but my painting and sculpture background are natural advantages and i've been gifted with z-brush and autocad lite as well as a half dozen other programs I haven't even opened yet.These "gifts" have been provided by two close friends who believe strongly in my potential for creativity in this medium and in this way,wish to encourage my participation is some of their future projects.One is a video animation artist,the other is a controller on a design team trying to produce several all electric vehicles.I hope eventually to fulfill their expectations and at the same time expand my available repetoire of mediums to express my overabundance of ideas...
